SOCIAL HAPPINESS INDEX

How do you measure happiness? You can’t ask people directly without getting biased responses. People won’t tell you how they really feel.

So we came up with a big idea – the SHI Dashboard. It captures data anonymously across all social media channels - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, news outlets, blogs and many more. Then, the AI engine performs a contextual sentiment analysis where mentions tagged Positive, Negative or Neutral. The results are visualized in an easy to understand dashboard to give you an overview of public sentiment and overall happiness.

At present, the AI module understands English and all Arabic dialects. In the near future, we’ll be reaching it 20+ new languages – including French, Spanish, Russian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and others. We’ll also make sure contextual analysis accuracy stays above 85%.
