The Roads and Transit Authority (RTA) and Dubai Municipality have signed an agreement to use the NOL card system to facilitate payments at public parks in Dubai, introducing a new level of convenience for Dubai residents and visitors.
Four parks will support the smart card NOL service in the pilot phase. The participating parks are: Al Mamzar Park, Zabeel Park, Mushrif Park and Creek Park. The system is to be in place for customers by early in 2017.
