Customer Experience Policy to enrich government services

Dubai Smart Government (DSG) has completed the ‘Customer Experience Policy’, the first of its kind in the region and the fifth such policy released as part of their ongoing efforts to transform all government services into a smart government.

Benchmarked against global practices and after extensive studies, the Customer Experience Policy (CXP) has been circulated to all Dubai government entities. This initiative, amongst many, is in line with DSG’s efforts to fulfil His Highness’ vision for a smarter Dubai.

The policy contains a comprehensive document with definitions, implementation, policy pillars and models, developed to enrich and enhance the customer experiences for all government services.
